Poster Presentation Information

Poster Presentations
Poster presenters can put up their poster any time from 1:30pm onwards on Monday 3rd February, in the exhibition hall.  Posters must be removed by the end of the morning tea break on Friday 7th February. Any posters still up after this time will be taken down and discarded.

Dedicated poster sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Monday 3rd February 4:30pm – 6:00pm       Physical Sciences
  • Tuesday 4th February 4:30pm – 6:00pm       Bio & Life Sciences
  • Wednesday 5th February 4:30pm – 6:00pm       Material Sciences & ID

Presenters should be at their poster during this time. You will have received a separate email with your poster number and supporting details, please refer to that email for further instructions and details.
