Teruyasu Mizoguchi

Teruyasu Mizoguchi received a PhD in Materials Science in 2002 at Kyoto University, Japan. He was JSPS Research Fellow in the Department of Materials Science at Kyoto University (2002-2003), Institute of Engineering Innovation at the University of Tokyo (2003-2004), and National Center for Electron Microscopy at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (2004-2005). He was a Research Associate in Institute of Engineering Innovation at the University of Tokyo (2005-2007) and was an Assistant Professor (2007-2009). In 2009, he joined Institute of Industrials Science at the University of Tokyo as an Associate Professor. He has published over 130 scientific papers and delivered more than 50 invited lectures over the past ten years. His research focuses on the structure-property relationships of materials using First Principles Calculation, Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy, and Analytical Transmission Electron Microscopy.
