Senior Manager, Application and Business Development, Life Science, APAC
ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions
Dr. Xianke SHI studied his Ph.D. on Biophysics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) from 2004 to 2008, focusing his research on quantifying biomolecular interactions in living cells and living zebrafish embryos with Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS). From 2008 to 2010, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at NUS and European Molecular Biology Laboratory Heidelberg, where he continued his work on FCS and light-sheet microscopy. In January 2011, Xianke joined Carl ZEISS Microscopy, Southeast Asia, as a regional application specialist. He then held several positions in ZEISS, and is currently the senior business development manager, APAC. He is specialized in life science light microscope techniques.
