Ali is a metallurgist specialising in physical metallurgy and advanced electron microscopy. With thousands of hours of hands-on experience with electron microscopy, Ali has conducted groundbreaking research on shape memory alloys for biomedical, aerospace, and energy applications. Their expertise extends to stress- and temperature-controlled *in-situ* SEM and TEM experiments, providing unique insights into material behavior under dynamic conditions.
